Lil Assistance trains our remote workers from the ground up.
During hiring, we prioritize English abilities + teachability. Then we train everything else (we basically have a University up in here). Training takes anywhere from a few weeks to months for the most specialty skills. It ensures consistency in skill level and comprehension, and allows us to offer way more services than other VA agencies. Ex. video editing, PHP and React Native–which you’ll need if your company wants to build a real web or mobile app.

This is not uncommon in this industry, but we also have a support team of people with more advanced/particular skills. Your remote worker can delegate tasks better suited to other people on our team, and there is always a team captain/quality controller overlooking their work.
We don’t hunt for VA’s, and we do work with them daily.
You will find other services act more like brokers. You tell them what you want, and they go out and find a Freelancer that meets your description. There is no consistency in this business model and no way to ensure quality of work.
