Terms of Service

By subscribing to Lil Assistance services, you agree to:

• Pay the agreed weekly rate for your selected plan
• Provide clear task instructions and feedback
• Respect our team members and maintain professional communication
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Keep login credentials and sensitive information secure

• Service hours are calculated weekly (Monday to Sunday)
• Unused hours do not roll over to the following week
• Holiday schedules will be communicated in advance

• One-time setup fee of $250 per remote worker
• Weekly payments are due in advance
• Credit and debit card payments collected automatically by Stripe
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for unused hours within a billing period

• Cancel anytime with 7 days written notice
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle
• No long-term contracts or commitments
• Pausing service available for up to 4 weeks per year

• All client information is kept strictly confidential
• NDAs available upon request
• Secure data handling and storage protocols
• Regular security training for all team members
• GDPR compliant data practices

Lil Assistance provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Actions taken based on our recommendations
• Third-party service interruptions
• Maximum liability limited to one month's service fee
